The Fault in our Stars, John Green

The Fault in our Stars is an amazing book following the life of Hazel. The sixteen year old from America has cancer in the lungs.
THIS BOOK IS REALLY SAD, so make sure your ready. although I ddin't actually cry at the ending, lots of people did, and I was definately sorry for all the characters.
This book is narrated by main character Hazel, and if you know someone who has cancer this book may affect you in a different way.

But don't let it put you off, for a start; everyone is reading it, there is a film coming out, and finnaly it is a great read. As it says on the back cover of the book: "Prepare to alugh, cry and think".

The book also offers a really interesting view on life.
I would with out a doubt reccomend it to all adults and children about 11+.
This is, if you like, the film cover. It is what's on most of the posters etc. This image is also on some of the books

This is the most common book cover, but of course there are others.
