The Boy in the Smoke is an excellent, yet sinister novel about a troubled Eton boy. On night in the boathouse he does performs a desperate act that changes his life for ever.
The book is for about 12+, but if the reader doesn't like ghost books then this is certainly not for you. The book is small, with only 86 pages. The novel is available to get with our world book day tokens. World book day is a brilliant scheme to get kids, and teens, reading.
Back to the book, TBS is one for the teens, it has lots of ghosts and keeps you no the edge of your seat the whole read. It really doesn't take long to read and is certainly good book.
